We want you to be satisfied with YT Bookmarks. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are available for any paid plans we offer.
If you're not satisfied with a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase or most recent charge, provided you haven't substantially used any premium features tied to that charge (e.g. heavy use of cloud sync).
For recurring (subscription) plans, refund eligibility applies only to the current billing cycle's charge. You can cancel at any time to prevent future charges; cancelling does not automatically refund a cycle already in progress.
For one-time purchases, refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase as described above. After that window, one-time purchases are non-refundable.
To request a refund, email support@ytbookmarks.com with your account email and order/payment ID. We aim to review and respond to refund requests within 3–5 business days.
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. Upon refund, your account will be downgraded to the free tier.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that show signs of abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles or violations of our Terms of Service.
