YT Bookmarks is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google. "YouTube" is a trademark of Google LLC.
We may offer both free and paid tiers of the Service. Where applicable, pricing, billing frequency, and included features will be clearly shown at checkout before you pay. You can view your current plan and manage billing from your account settings.
You may cancel any recurring plan at any time; your access will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which you will not be charged again.
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or tamper with the Service; (b) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (c) attempt to circumvent license or payment verification; or (d) resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Bookmarks, notes, and tags you create remain your own content; we do not claim ownership over them.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every browser or YouTube layout change.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
